Yoga in the Park is a community event in New Haven, CT during the summer months. This is a multilevel class for those who want to take their practice outside and connect with nature, as well as those who are unable to join studio or gym classes. No experience necessary.

Located in the center of the park close to the greenhouse. Weather dependent. Bring your own mat and water. Show up as you are. Bring friends, partners, neighbors, kids, dogs, all are welcome!
